Hello friends, Happy Friday!
This is just a quick note to say sorry for being MIA, and not delivering your weekly drops of health innovation goodness of late.
The COVID finally got me. Turns out it can be pretty not fun.
Promise I will get back to you once I am back on my feet and we’ll be back on the regular content bandwagon.

Thanks to everyone who came and made our Sydney Launch Shindig so darn incredible!
It was a proper party and smashed all expectations (video for vibes here).
